My take...Mill

my second prediction has come true since 7 news, now pumpers are claiming a white night, or huge announcement is going to come and save this stock before rights expire.  Use your heads, not your hearts.  Look at this in a practical way, rights are worthless, retail will not participate, why would they when they can buy shares cheaper? Over 3 million 'gifts' trying to cash in at ...more

your absolutely right on many things you say.....but i have a question for you since i respect what you say just dont agree with it all........why would a securities company invest LARGE if what you say that is mostly right as of today. TOMORROW is bright just gotta get your head outta your azz to see haha....
Comment by cudjo on Jan 18, 2016 1:33pm
thanks ibeennorth.  You have said a mouthful, no large securities company, institution or even any well healed retail investor sees this as a potential good investment, otherwise the share price would have moved north after 7 and there would not be 5.8 million gifts available now at no bid.  Not yet.  I have never said this can't be a mine, all the pumpers in the world ...more

Cudjo, we will put you down as undecided.

Haywood now has a direct relationship with a new board member at DDC. ...and we know they have a connection with Lucara (full on analyst with research reports). One of the few groups that is interested in diamonds, that is for sure. LONG...PGD EKIM

Devil's Advocate is one thing Cudjo yet I still have a difficult time with someone who is so negative on a stock. Your opinions have stated this is a dog for some time now, if so why spend so much time and effort stating this. If a stock is no longer in my sights I move on looking for the next. You, painfully hang on. Why?
Comment by ibeennorth on Jan 19, 2016 10:24am
hes smart buying up every ones loss. maybe he should become a liberal they are selling marijuana for the price of a high quality 1ct diamond...GO FIGURE..a renewable resource selling the same as a thousand year old diamond dug from deep in the earth....I THINK ILL STICK WITH PGD as diamonds are undervalued in this depressing environment. hope you see the humor...BEST TO ALL
Comment by cudjo on Jan 19, 2016 10:49am
Thanks shneps, difficulty with me or the stock?  Show me where I "have" been and or "where" I am wrong, I know from a longs point of view my position is opposite and irritating, but I have NOT been wrong, train is moving backwards, rights are worthless, PEA, if even completed now, will be marginal at best, 7 was a bust or MEH at best and this is destined for another ...more

Maybe CH7 did not live up to the dreams, there was a slim chance for that, but it was not a bust. What kills the stock is the financing. That is what moved it from 44c down to 10c.
Comment by mill44 on Jan 19, 2016 11:24am
with a little luck, it will be the financing that will get us moving again. If someone wants a nice 5-10% base in PGD, if they don't mind paying up to 20c for it, this would be the best opportunity. That would provide a nice conversation starter with the Friedlands.
Comment by cudjo on Jan 19, 2016 11:41am
thanks mil, financing is what has brought this down from the forties to a dime, it also will be what takes it down to 2.5 cents, I agree.  If 7 wasn't a bust, it isn't enough.  Luck will be needed with current financing as retail will not participate in a big way, it is cheaper to buy stock.  Don't see anyone snapping up 10%
Comment by mill44 on Jan 19, 2016 12:25pm
Why not? DeBeers was supposed to pay up to 57M and take it to feasability for 51%. Since then at least 20M was put in. 10% at 4-5M would not be a lot and financing would not be an issue for someone interested in diamond exploration.
Comment by Gauwd on Jan 19, 2016 1:05pm
Cudjo is not all wrong, and mil, your right, millions of shares for the taking between current price and 20 cents, still won't help the longs here though.  Wont help those who particpated in the 20 cent financing either. CH7 isn't going to be enough as it stands.  Glue is going to be required, there is the breakage report to come, and valuations, which will be lower than CH6 ...more

If I am right, the management has no reason to show confidence before the closing. TThey will, though, after it's too late for most.
Comment by Kidlapik on Jan 19, 2016 1:15pm
Management already committed to exercising all of their rights when the financing was first announced.
Comment by Gauwd on Jan 19, 2016 1:21pm
Actually they didn't Kidlapik, go back and re read the NR's, at 20 cents they said they "would", this time it was said it was "expected". World of difference MHR
Comment by Gauwd on Jan 19, 2016 1:22pm
Actually Kidlapik, they didn't.  Go back and read both the dime and the twenty cent NR's. This time they said it was "expected", last time they "would" back it.  Big difference MHR
Comment by mill44 on Jan 19, 2016 1:27pm
Last time the company used a backstop. They committed not just to exercise but to pick all the leftover up. Now they are expected to participate.
Comment by ekim on Jan 19, 2016 11:53am
It probably take that bump up to 20 cents to get 5%. Right now, you can get 30K shares at 11 pennies or over 2 million shares at 12 pennies. Big step increment because of all the rights. LONG...PGD EKIM
Comment by mill44 on Jan 19, 2016 12:16pm
That's what you see now, but they would be able to load up before the price would get to 20c. They can pick up 3-4 million shares just with the rights and after the closing there will be plenty of shares available under 21c.
