potential news

if they have values and are sitting on them, thinking the timing is NOT right, that would be a reason for a class action against them IMO.  Valuations are material news and hanging on to it would be a slap in the face of every shareholder of this company. Not like we haven't been slapped hard a couple of times already with the steep reduction in the price for the last 2 financings. Think they said values would come in before the end of the first quarter, they have till the end of the month if my memory is correct.  It is getting harder and harder to keep the faith.

You are correct, that's why I'm not holding out any hope we will see any news until months end or longer...not defending or happy about it, just have, unfortunately, low, very low expectations that this company keeps there timeline word as something you can take to the bank. material news has become a little bit of a grey area lately for some reason.

Here in Ottawa, if you can work for the govt. and slap your boss. If fired they will have to rehire you and give you $25,000 of taxpayers money for your pain and suffering.

Valuations will have some media distribution. The resource tonnages (inferred)...especially for CH-6 will go strongly silent in the market as people fail to realize the value of that information. People in the know will be watching it..that will be a smalll %. The real news will be the PEA when it will get distributed to the media on a wide scale. People from different areas will realize that ...more

Mrbigger, not sure how that fits in, but yes, if you can prove you were under some kind of duress and thus caused you to loose it, then in a union environment you could retain your position, but a little doubtful you would receive compensation for pain and suffering, maybe your lost income?  Strange, but true, possibly.  Any lawyers here?

Don't like the word material. to have any chance in law...you would need an expert independent QP coming in and saying...yes that is material...versus the company QP saying, no that is not material. Question of materiality is very subjective.  Unless, it is blatantly obvious...no real case. Not here. $KDI sat on valuations for a whole month before releasing them. LONG...PGD EKIM

Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but it did seem to be a little more clear cut in the past, like the banning of liquor ads on TV seems to be more relaxed now.  Material should be material, no question to what it means or meant, no?  Oh no, now I sound like a certain poster, no, yes?

I think it would go against disclosure for issuing an appraised value without the whole model information. What if your appraised stone was $1000/carat..but the valuation model says in a production scenario you would get only $40/carat. The valuation expert is giving you the full gambit and that will be released when all information is obtained. Don't think PGD will be sitting on this news ...more

Went to .135 but just had a trade of 300K at .125
Comment by ekim on Mar 03, 2016 3:06pm
Went to 13.5 cents on some trades...then someone put a large bid in at 12.5 cents (315K shares)...then that got wiped out with a large buy..left 15K on the table. Shows signs of strength IMO. Whoever the buyyer is, is enjoying this price level. Be nice to close in the green.  A week without closing in the red?? Unheard of. LONG...PGD EKIM
