almost 2.5 billion in diamonds in CH6

11.39 million carats at an average of $212.00

CH7 update mineral resource early May

CH6 satisfies the "reasonable prospect of economic extraction"

It will all come down to the PEA, expected costs.

Adding as much as I can, this has been a very long haul but the end is near for longs.

33% increase in CH6 no one saw coming, now put on thinking caps people, what does this mean for CH7 and broken diamonds. When CH7 satisfies the reasonable prospect of econimic extraction because of the broken diamonds, the PEA in June is going to impress a lot of players in the diamond business and the phone will be ringing, probably already this morning IMO. I have now maxed out.  Hope ...more

"have a positive material impact on the outcome of the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA")." positive MATERIAL impact, this is significant. To the guys constantly harping on mils posts, stick to the news, we all know you do not like him, but what he says has truth in it, the amount of the float will have an impact on any news and we just have to chew through it with stuff ...more

CH6 has 2.5 billion in diamonds that can be extracted economically.  We were all surprised by a 33% increase. Look at ch7 "The CH-7 kimberlite, located approximately 15 kilometres southeast of CH-6, has a surface expression of approximately one hectare. Key results to date for the 2015 Resource Development Program include diamond grades for large diameter drill samples (stated at a 1 ...more

This quote means there will be a mine, the PEA will tell us what to expect on costs and kaching left in our pockets. "NI 43-101 standards and Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy guidelines stipulate that a Mineral Resource needs to have a "reasonable prospect of economic extraction". JDS Energy and Mining Inc. ("JDS") have created a first-order Whittle open pit to ...more

Roby, I don't think that there have been doubts about a mine being built on Chidliak. Now let's hope that whoever sold at 19-20c knows that too and starts buying back at 18c. A close under 20c won't be too good.

So let's see if Haywood buys any today at .18   So Mill is hoping that people are smart enuff to buy back in at .18, but believes a closing under .20 is not so good...huh?  Can someone explain that thought process for me?

agree mil, as to doubts, I like to see it in ink and confirmed "independantly" rather than decide on posts from guys like oiltar, his kick will be, I told you all, what ever... The last 2 financings have been hard on the longs, and you question as to the timing/disounts is valid, to a point, we needed capital, issuing more shares or giving away parts is the only way to do it.  It ...more

We did not need money right now. I have not heard any plans for capital spending at Chidliak, and Botswana should not see any penny from PGD, not without a spinoff. This churning is just through the second financing, we have not even started to deal with the first. If we ever do, that will be the first sign of hope for the longs. That will be your clue to accumulate, to buy and hold. Until then ...more
