Peregrine Diamonds and Peregrine Exploration

Perhaps somebody can clarify something else for me........ I am a roll :)
In February 2015 Peregrine Diamonds formed a new subsidary called Peregrine Exploration Ltd which held all non Chidliak assets. Yet when you read the latest corporate website under Projects>Exploration and Other Projects they say the following:

Peregrine is focused on maximizing value of non-Chidliak Canadian exploration properties formerly held by Peregrine Exploration Ltd.

When did the "formerly held by" occur? Was Peregrine Explorations Ltd. dissolved? Was everything reamalgamated?

Yeah, it was re-integrated into the mothership a while ago. They had to update all the lingo on the permits to re-address the main company now. I think this was all shortly after the whole Clements leaving. No firm reason on the main intent of the subsidiary in the first place. LONG...PGD EKIM
