They haven't filed for bankruptcy?

Does this company even have any projects they're working on, sadly I'm down so much on this stock but haven't sold yet,. Hoping for a miracle...

I think the miracle is that it made it's way back to .09. Company refuses to respect shareholders. Even new management wont return emails/phonecalls. If it hit .095, I'm outa here
