Good morning mr. Zehnder,

Would you pass this memo to whoever like to respond.

We shareholder of PHM deserve more update and info about the proposed split and why is it taking so long to get those issues worked out.

PHM managment as mentionned previous conference call not to long in the past that they would try to kept shareholder more informed. For a few quarters now during conference call you have simply mentionned that is getting work out and it should not be to long. Welll!!!!

There must certainly be something that you could tell us.

Which regulators are holding this split and for what reasons.

Hopefully me and my fellow shareholder will get a decent update on this matter.

I will make it a duty of mine to call-in next conference call and ask about this lack of communication between managment and shareholders.

By the way, good job on running the business toward success.

Dan Cote
