RE: The sp is dropping due to massive dilutionThey paid $4.655m for Getit with .025 common shares. Do the math, that's 186.2m shares. Add that to already 207m shares comes to 393.2m shares. It's still not too bad, but anymore deals like this then sharestructure becomes a problem.
