RE:LOOKS LIKE PERK'S MANAGEMENT FORGOT ABOUT ITS SHAREHOLDERS.

all announcements  are self serving for the board of directors. They have NEVER talked about the financial statements and do not seem to care about them THey are in deep sh.. financially. Will have to do a reverse split or bankruptcy unless they find a REAL rich investor who doesn't pay attention to financials.

I have been commenting for years about what poor financial stewards are. It seems to be an ego trip to reinforce what great innovators they think they are without any concern for finincial viability.
