Suggest management now partner with one or two family offices with a long term view of building an industrial real estate portfolio. You might also consider a pension fund partner but don't be surprised if they request a share consolidation. This could become a great vehicle for a roll-up strategy with private holders of a small number of industrial properties to sell for a cash & common stock payment (similar to the Storage Vault strategy). With interest rates this low- let's be aggressive.
