Pretty devastating...
... if in fact this is the end game. All I can say is what are management actually thinking? An acceptance of this offer is basically throwing in the towel. I don't want PLU holders to own 21% of American Lithium.
Not to mention a lot of PLU managements shares were purchased at MUCH higher prices. PLU holders have been through a lot (understatement). Giving up like this..... Dissappointment is an understatment. It's not even about money. I've never before disclosed my holdings or gains, but to put things in perspective, I will profit from this takeover, maybe even make double my initial investment. But I'm still really p!ssed.
I know I broke the cardinal rule and fell in love with a stock, but out of every company I researched (and I have researched many), PLU had the most upside and the Macusani uranium project had the most promise. Only to be rolled into a POS company with a $400 mil MC.
IF this is the end game... Maybe I'm delusional, but what IF management have accepted this offer to flush out another bidder. What IF? Alex mentioned a while ago in an interview (Crux I think it was) that talks were further along than people thought regarding partnerships. Obviously this whole legal sh!t show has put M&A on hold with any serious partner, who would naturally want a resolution before proceeding. Maybe this will prompt them to move now or miss out? I can only hope. Something similar happened with Cardinal resources, a goldie I invested in last year. The first takeover offer was lousy and shareholders thought so too, but management "unanimously" supported and recommended the offer. We were all p!ssed. But it did start a bidding war and the SP doubled from there. As I said before, we can only hope.

I'm still holding and will be voting "NO". May take some off the table to put into something else, but will hold a core position in the vain hope this "merger" doesn't happen

You will need 35 million shares to vote no and be successful. I feel you will be the only one voting no.
