PPL Growth

Even without Heartland, ppl will still do well with other growth projects.

Brookfield will do a joint venture soon, as they need our expertise, my prediction in 2022.

You mean a joint venture between Brookfield and Pembina? I doubt it. It doesn't fit BIPC's mind set.

I think Brookfield will hang on to Heartland as well. As least for the short-term. The plant isn't brand new in the sense that Honeywell UOP technology has existed for 20+ years and is proven tech. Brookfield can get all the support they need in running a plant through them as well as their petro-chemicals engineers they have on staff with the IPL take-over. If I recall, as Brookfield intended to make IPl (the original owner of Heartland) a private company after the compleation of the hostile takeover. So, which one of Brookfield's groups will end up with the money Heartland would make? Do you believe that it would end up in BIPC's books?
