You are correct M101 with Goldstein leaving and pilfering the coffers it's a great day for shareholders. Six years of totally ruining the share capital of this company has finally caught up to his abuse to the investors.Gene was the brains not Elliott and now let's get a powerhouse CEO and put this company in dollars not pennies.

Maybe, but Gene chose to partner up with Elliot in their overpaid but unproductive consulting company.  If he's the brains I have yet to see it.

Or rather using the CBC for promotion. Cashman had been on CBC radio's flagship science show during the BSE days. Goldstein spent 5 years ignoring rescources outside of his center of the universe, and any investor looking at the 5 year price graph now will see his net contribution.  We'll never know if the board helped him make that decision, or if it was the new investors he
