Who should be the new CEO?

What type of expertise & experience do we expect? I'm assuming the person has to be very familiar with the FDA trial process, as well as building partnerships for both financia resources (e.g., equity, licensing)l & drug expertise.

Hopefully the new CEO won't demand half a million dollar Salary!

The new CEO won't have to demand it because Williams and others will probably insist on it to justify their own. If on the other hand management collectively decide to trade some cash for options I think the market would respond the same way as insider buying.

Makes sense, half a million salary is okay if we hit it big. Then we don't mind the huge salary.
