I am surprised they haven't been bought out. There distribution network is worth a lot of money. They now have Samsung which gives them leverage with their customers so maybe they will be able to get a larger piece of the pie. What is Apple going to do? It seems they need PNI's network. There are 15,700 location between CVS and Walgreens. Who could Apple sign up with that would give them that kind of coverage?

anything's possible vl1939 - but I think the takeover chances have sailed.  I started buying into PNI early March and added a few times while it sank to basement.  Back then both the P/B and P/S levels were around 50 cents to the dollar.  Prime takeover time and it didn't happen.   Now trading ~ $2.50 and $1.50 respectively so it won't go cheap if a buyer does
