$3.00 to $ 10.00 target cmvr will build a refinery as refined products increases  commodity prices
by multyples of spot prices ?

CVMR is for powder nickel on Nisk.  They are 2 great projects  and some royalty owning in this company so 3 to 10$ is realistic so to speak.. How and when.  no one knows.
