Incorrect.  I bought a considerable amount of the private placement when I saw the participation of insiders doing the same.

Jack, I think investors in just about any other high tech stock would have done better. This has been a DOG! The Naz Composite has exploded in recent years while this thing keeps kicking revenue down the road and diluting shearholders into oblivion. Why would anyone keep throwing money at this when there are much better opportunities to play? I significantly reduced my holdings at over a dollar

I agree with you totally, lack of insider ownership is telling ,you would think over the years management's strategy  seems to be build an idea and hope someone buys it out. Taking the idea to market themselves is not working out.

they make actual gadgets, they do not make ideas. the question is more the testing and the buyers. and the marketing, make something the customers want. finding out what customers want takes communication. and on communication Poet is a total failure. Poet needs real management that uses real words such as sales, dollars, orders. we do not need any more weasel words such as production ready

You said "investors in just about any other high tech stock would have done better".  Since your original post referenced the time around the private placement I would also have to disagree.  The stock is up almost 400% since then.  So I have to ask,  which high tech stock did better than Poet since then.  No backpeddling to a different time period to avoid

Insiders picking Peaks and Valleys for their trades. Geez, why does that not make me feel warm and fuzzy about Poet?
