Revenue increased by 99% to $32.7M in Q3 and net income decreased by 76% to $0.6M year-over-year. The company rolled out new products and expanded its bank programs into a few new states through the MoneyKey and CreditFresh brands. The company recently went public and so earnings and future outlook can be less reliable than a more established company, but from what we can see these are very strong earnings. It declared its first dividend of $0.095 to be paid on December 8, 2021. The company sees long-term growth being established, and while we typically would like a strictly growth-oriented company to reinvest its cash back into the business as opposed to dividends, there is evidence of highly successful companies that both achieve good growth rates and pay dividends. We think these are solid results.

The lockup is a standard 6 months according to the prospectus that you can find on sedar (several hundred page document that is worth reading on newly listed companies). Roughly mid april. Volume has been low and are moving the share price with relatively small buys or sells.

What does that lock up mean? What the SP should do after that? Thanks for your time.

lock-up refers to trade restrictions. Once it expires the parties referred to are allowed to sell shares. No clue whether those parties want to sell shares and if so how much. Depending on if more funds or individual traders support the price. Next quarterly report would be released before then.
