Well........could be the sneakiest buy in HO

The US SPR is at an alltime low.  They need more heavy oil and LOU is in the USA.  I would not be surprized, given the bonuses in June, to see this bought out within the next 90 days.  Heavy Oil has never looked so good!

LOU is bakken light oil, they produce zero heavy. Q2 earnings mentioned they picked up 200 barrel a day acquisitions for a 6 million.
