China IPO resumption likely to be delayed - report

 

SHANGHAI, May 13 (Reuters) - The resumption of initial public offerings in China, expected this month or next, will likely be delayed until July in part due to concerns over the strength of the economy, the official China Securities Journal reported on Monday

 

Around 750 companies are currently waiting for approval from the CSRC for a mainland listing, with some analysts estimating it could take as long as five years for some of them to list.

Yup.....and probably a good idea from the Chinese side.... They have a lot of house cleaning to do after this mess they created started stinking like a dead Halibut.... I see this development of a potential listing as being more of a continuation of Zhaos attempts to find money and not much of a concern for us Puda Inc. stockholders as I have been saying.... I don't see it happening within any
