A snow storm of motions

There has been a flurry of motion activity on the 14th-17th mostly related to Moore Stephens motion for summary judgment. As you may have noticed, they are the remaining valid defendant in the current case and plaintiff's lawyers have been trying to get a delay and have used various tactics which have largely failed to this date in order to bring back into the case the underwriters.(Mcquarie) Rosen Law is making a argument right now... We shall see if the judge buys it..

Hi Mad57, Glad to see your post today. Up to this minute there has been no trading of PUDA for three days. What do you think is going on?  Revoked? Also, the Yahoo message boards (on PUDA) has been disabled for these three days.

Puda actually has not traded in a normal fashion for a long time now. But the volume has indeed dropped off and I believe it is due to a lack of buyers at any price. As to revocation.... The SEC has not yet acted on it. But they will at some point. I believe that as soon as the SEC V Zhao case is either adjudicated (summary judgment) or dismissed, the case should be sent back to a administrative ...more
