Does Boyd lose Another one?

OSK has 30% locked in.

Management at 3% plus an undisclosed group at 27%.   OSK needs more than 66% to proceed.

AEM will get a nice 10% return on investment over the past 2 years.

Or does AEM start bidding later this week?

PP47, my thoughts exactly.  This is not yet done.  I suspect OSK were brought in to wake up AEM... AEM were punted from RMX earlier can they take another benching so soon after the last one.   AEM have had their mitts all over this one for a year now, for them to let it slide would be odd.  HossXYZ is on to something.  Add 22 cents to their offer and add another 20% and $7 ...more

aem is not part of the 27%. I am speculating but would think if aem is on side, they would have thrown in their shares into the offer. We will know soon enough if aem intends to up the ante
