Comparable company: Gatekeeper Systems Inc

Comparable company Gatekeeper Systems Inc: GKPRF or GSI.V has positive cash flow and is only trading at $.30 USD.   Can someone please explain why Rekor's is trading well over 1000% higher?  - Looking for investments in this space.
