loan provisions have restraints as to 43-101 on Red Mtn and similar specific guidelines for Louisiana.

only with these prudent measures will any finds have substance and the SP move higher..anything less is HYPE ..then enter Curtis and those that loath his pumping.
 
Sorry, but I am optimistic on a level of results based upon diligent and quantitative measures. Nothing more nothing less ... or shall we be reminded  the KX1110000 fiasco.
