Re-read the AGM Purposes of the Meeting

Was I the only one that noticed they don't say anything about 2021 Financials????  They only state 2019 and 2020 Financials...could it be that they STILL haven't been able to get anyone to sign off on their sham business, after countless excuses, a change in auditors (who broke up with whom here??), and are asking shareholders to take a MASSIVE hit in a 25:1 RS without showing anyone real numbers for 2021, even though 2022 is almost over?

What a farce...cannot wait for Friday to happen....or do they cancel this one as well?

This appears to me a divisive scheme that all parties knew what was involved......debt for shares for AIP and now this 25:1.....
