EYES WIDE OPEN ...
Here's a few excerpts that explains the avenue i was suggesting Rover to take -
First Nations - does have large companies in YellowKnife.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tch Investment Corporation is comprised of two companies; Tch Engineering & Environmental Services Ltd.
TEES provides project management and construction services for civil construction, contaminated site remediation, remote site logistics, and winter road construction in the Northwest Territories.
TEES annually constructs 420 kilometers of winter road to the communities of What, Gamt, and Wekweet, and has been involved in minor to major remediation projects at the Colomac, Faro, Rayrock, and Port Radium mine complexes.
TEES provides civil construction and project management at the municipal level in the Tch region, such as lagoon and wastewater management, major and minor earthworks, and aggregate crushing.
TEL is responsible for the management of all light vehicles and heavy civil equipment used in support of business, construction, mining, and remediation activities. TEL has a team of red-seal mechanics that provide safe and professional mechanical services to the TIC group of companies and clients within the Northwest Territories.
TEL presently provides the surface mining fleet to KeTe Whii Procon and Dominion Diamond for the Misery Underground project, civil equipment support to major infrastructure projects and equipment to the Tlicho Government for Heavy Equipment Operator training.
Sounds like a functional ( 2 business sector services )
GOV'T road contracts and has been involved in many other mining projects.
Notice - they're were involved with ProCon.
Isn't Procon a large stakeholder with - Foetune ?
lol
Hnece - perhaps this First Nation Business...
Would be an ideal candidate for - Bugow.
Who knows...
maybe they'd like to move next level up - instead of being a serivce provider, maybe they'd like to join in on the - mining action ?
Would Procon care ?
This First nation business worked for Procon.
Would be a perfect fit.
wink.

Bro..I hope I'm following you correctly... Having the support of First Nations is imperative (which we have) but any deviation from siding up with Fortune is expensive and doubling (at least) our time to the smelters. Keep dialoging...I want to make sure we're on the same page brother.
