Rover Critical Minerals Corp. > WHAT WE DON'T KNOW IS...

WHAT WE DON'T KNOW IS...

Where were all the drill holes were placed -

What we were given were - zones with drill diagrams below grade
And, fuzzy diagrams so clase one can't make out where exactly on the zone the drills were.
Then, zone name changes.

What shareholders are missing is...
An birdseye view of entire claims with all ( historical + current ) placements.
Lots of juiors do this... but this one is a tad different.

If we had this intel - one would be able to decipher an approx constraint of the drill placements to arrive at an approx tonnage.

Throw in... delayed assays -
And... gold was found outside of - sulphides,  it becomes a real cryptic project.
Great at keeping the price point exactly where it's at.
Especially with an infinite ask - that never seems to vanish.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's play suppose

suppose fortune wanted the rover - gold.
suppose there is no larger player to help fortune. ( or at least for now - near term )
suppose fortune rolled thier stock -
500 mil shares ~ 10:1
= 60 million shares out ( back side )  @ 8 cents
Stock is now worth
$0. 80  cents.

Now... one could easily -
convince me fortune could be a potential candidate for rovers claims.

Our problems is...
We don't know what amount of gold we have.
Just ( broad strokes ) of gold was increased by more than half.
That's not quite fair now is it...

An investor can't really go on historical gold ounces - junior has almagamated some of the claims... and well.. it's a ( f ) mess.

A new map would be needed - with drill placements so one could wrangle an approx constraint -
Then... one would have to dive into the drill reports to carve out intercept zones -

Width of zones is quite important - just as are - the intercepts

We have no idea what sort of width on surface they targeted.
Which i always look for - to calculate an approx tonnage.

we have only a few parameters to go on...
800m strike ( larger zone )
200m strike ( lessor zone )
drill intercepts ( bracketed ) gold zones
only gold assayed - with many photos showing very iinteresting colors.
with a sudden out ofnowhere - go is outside the sulphides.

Ford saying that his conversation with company projected 2 years out...
While their website says - 1 year. ( indian lake )

Historical gold as tagged @ 85,000 oz
And... well, Rover was sent in to confrim the historical.
They did for 2 zones. confrim and increased by more than double.
But... again, what about thier new zones -  name change zone ?

If Rover applied reverse circular on Cabin zone - sometimes reverse circular won't achieve same results dow nsame bore hole. One might drill into where the gold was alreasdy extracted from the hole and come back out with - zip- whereas 1 foot aside of historical hole with a fresh drill hole - might run into the gold again - for more accurate confirmation.

Who really knows what the gold anouces are...
I don't like how it's been all compartmentalized.
Close up photos of terrain - so close - one can't compare on google maps to help identify where eaxcatly they drilled. ( horrible )

If i did choose 85.000 ounces @ 200/oz thought only inferred but.. to compensate it's a near surface resource.

= $17,000,000 ( with who knows what else the ore body holds in minerals )

HYPOTHETICAL
Fortune if rolled with a 10:1 would have - $.060 cent valuation
They would need  - 21,250,000 shares - to absorb us shareholders.

Rover - hmmm...
Would / Should have spun the Bugow with a 1:1 value for thier shareholders.
Park the Bugow with the gold ounces calculated - but... the pace in which they move is beyond slow.

Fortune id rolled -
50 million shares out back side
+ 21,230,000
= 71,230,000 new share count

With a ( half a-ss district scale project )
why half ( a-ss ) ?

It's all about who scooped up the Ray mine land and claims in between that makes it a connective district scale prpject.

What people fail ot realize is....
Most have been pointed to a 50km spur road...
Whne, at the bottom end of Selmon Lake, well not the bottom end, but almost across from rover's claims is another seasonal road.. that could be converted to a larger road. I tracked this road on google - comes close to rovers claims.

Such... would benifits rover  in a way ...of,
they don't have to tinker with fortune.
which is what i was referring to in former posts.

delayed cores
gold only assayed
historicals should've been reassayed for all minerals so should current
gold now found outside of sulphides -auric gold in solution ?
they should've expanded lands closer to fortune - nada.
stock bottomed out with junior wanting to begin a new project.

anyone scoot over to - sixty north - SXTY - see the shhh over there with mass dilution ?
Yeah... eyes wide open - another dogger with lots of surprises with a larger investor imbedded

So... anyone agree with my option ?
Sell... cash up, move on to indian lake - which i do adore - and all parties are happy.

Park the bugow - work the indian lake - and funding @ 2 cents ?
sounds like one PP  away from another acquiring mass percentagecontrol of project.

$3,000,000 million bucks @ 2 cents
150,000,000 shares. ( doube to what is now )
mass dilution.
becomes a party for 2
junior and financier

Let's reexamine the - critical mineral and infastructure funding -

- 80 million for geoscience ?
i'd love a breakdown on this one - explain geoscience - the business or ?

- 1.5 billion on infastructure ( where + what )

- 1.5 billion in new critical mineral projects ( fed funding is investing ) stakeholder.
   there you go Ford.

- 144 million CM research ( lol )

- 10 million center for excellence ?  lol

- 40 million for support north reglatory processing - do they not already fund  this ? ( lol )
would this be double funding |?

-  70 million for global partnerships - simply ask whose partnering with who - ford - stakeholders.

EXCERPT -

In total, Budget 2022 proposes to provide up to $3.8 billion in support over eight years starting in 2022-23, to implement Canada’s first Critical Minerals Strategy. The Budget would:

  • commit $80 million to public geoscience and exploration programs to help find the next generation of critical minerals deposits.
  • double the Mineral Exploration Tax Credit for targeted critical minerals, including nickel, copper, cobalt, rare earths elements and uranium.
  • dedicates $1.5 billion for new infrastructure investments to unlock new mineral projects in critical regions, such as the Ring of Fire.
  • allocate $1.5 billion to invest in new critical minerals projects, with a priority focus on mineral processing, materials manufacturing and recycling for key mineral and metal products in the battery and rare earths elements supply chain.
  • allocate $144 million to critical minerals research and development to support the responsible extraction and processing of critical minerals.
  • renew the Centre of Excellence on Critical Minerals for three more years with an allocation of $10 million.
  • add $40 million to support northern regulatory processes in reviewing and permitting critical minerals projects.
  • invests $70 million for global partnerships to promote Canadian mining leadership.

Budget 2022 also proposes significant funding to make Canada a more attractive destination for critical minerals investment and to secure valuable agreements that would increase production of goods like electric vehicles and batteries. It proposes to:

  • provide up to $1 billion over six years, starting in 2024-25, for the Strategic Innovation Fund.
  • provide $1.5 billion that will support critical minerals projects, with prioritization given to manufacturing, processing, and recycling applications.
  • support innovative projects through the Strategic Innovation Fund, which will complement other proposed investments in the sector, including a proposed $1.5 billion investment in infrastructure.
  • explore potential opportunities to support the growth of the solar panel industry through these investments.

Yeah... go check out - sixty north - SXTY.
And ask... what's Rover's direction ?
So many loose ends - no invesotr let alone shareholder has no idea what's going on.
