why bother halting the stock 3 hours ago for news that they just could have waited til market close and then made the news release.....???

Bro...don't become sinister. We have no idea ...I know nothing. It's probably the Nevada lithium purchase...Under these new incentives, I view it as a good thing. Sorry 88, I do understand your frustration.
