Negative pressure

Any body have thoughts on why there is so much negative pressure on this stock, forward looking this company looks well positioned with a nice hedge and ramping up towards 200 ounces a day where I would anticipate more value here unless their costs are not in line with estimates.

Seems like investors are either skeptical of the costs or a potential reverse split and or offering. Reverse split I can see as the out standing shares is over 400 million fully diluted and seeking institutional investors but an offering not so much as the revenue and cash flow is there once gold is validated in their leach pads.

Frustrating seeing a good story suffer like this. Patience until their next report out I guess.

I agree that the huge drop in share price is frustrating.  All the names in this sector are heading down, but Rye Patch is among the biggest losers.  There are a couple of ways to look at this. Is it a problem or an opportunity. If you are planning to hold long term, it is a great opportunity. I have used this drop to accumulate more shares on the cheap. Have I timed the bottom?   ...more

The reason there is so much selling pressure is because when the needed funding for the mine purchase they financed themselves silly. Over 200,000,000 share at $.22. More than doubled the outstanding shares at that time. The owners of those shares are big funds. If they can realize 10% or more they sell. making a profit is the only thing they are interested. so a lot selling has to happen before ...more
