My take is similar, but I have seen fools and poor managers win eventually. I reckon Paul and company can pull this off -- they are due. And the focus on cost cutting isn't all bad.

I'm also expecting that the 2 new Board members from Marcato will galvanize positive action. This is going to do very well I hope.

I look at it as the long play... fast forward to 4 or 5 years out and it could be fully deleveraged. Then you have a $400M+ EBITDA firm that's (currently) worth $650M in market cap. Easy value pick-off!
