The Company operates through two segments: Prescription Generic Pharmaceuticals (Generic Pharmaceuticals) and Nonprescription Over-The-Counter Products (OTC Products). The Company operates two wholly owned subsidiaries: Nora Pharma Inc., which has a portfolio of pharmaceutical products consisting of various prescription drugs on the market in Canada, and Sunshine Biopharma Canada Inc., which develops and sells nonprescription over-the-counter (OTC) products.
