Question. What do you get, when you put two bad management teams together? And yes, I thing the SCP shareholders are holding a bag again, if you ask me. Why don't we get warrants?

Yeah the deal is blatant. Its set up so that Sprott Inc, can maximize its ability to earn management fees off of these assets. The second priority is for SCP managament to maintain their high paying jobs. Shareholders of SCP just happen to be along for the ride. Management did say that they would reduce the discount to NAV, and raising equity at a discount to NAV does reduce NAV/share. It
