Hopefully it's an activist investor coming in to take management to task, now that share price is low enough to make risk reward ratio of such a move worthwhile.

Seems like a standing bid for all shares @ 1.39 of SGL -everything is going thru the same brokerage -someone is accumulating for unknown reason at this point?
