Director Michael Rapps resigned. He probably resigned out of disgust over the last misleading earnings report.

The question now is whether Clarke Inc. will hold on to their shares, or sell. Then again, Clarke Inc. might try get control of the Board through a proxy fight. Reading through Clarke's MD&A's, one is given the impression that they feel that SGL is under-valued... Kherson

Undervalued, but an unsustainable dividend policy. Rapps must not have been able to implement the changes Clarke wanted to see there.

Micheal Rapps left the BOD of Spyglass due time constraints. Clarke Inc. is and will be holding on to their shares as they still believe the company is under-valued... Kherson
