Southern Home Medical Closes Acquisition Purchase
Southern Home Medical, Inc. Closes Acquisition of Franchisee Market
GREER, SC--(Marketwired - Mar 18, 2015) - Southern Home Medical, Inc. (OTC PINK: SHOM), a holding company providing healthcare services, staffing and medical equipment to medical institutions and facilities announced today that it completed the acquisition purchase of the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC franchisee market.
"We are very excited to have closed on this particular transaction," says Jeffrey L Sarvis, President& CEO of Southern Home Medical, Inc. "This has created increased market penetration and expanded our revenue base."
This acquisition alone should increase Encore division revenues 500K and make a substantial increase in 1st quarter 2015 profits vs. 1st quarter 2014.
We expect profits to be up close to 40K in first quarter of 2015 vs. LY.
