It should be interesting what the next round of financing will be done at if at all. I'm sure it will be ugly. Great work George, oh yah the market hasn't caught on yet right? These guys are running on fumes. Where is all this good news? We don't hear anything from the company. I would say even odds on bankruptcy. Something just doesn't seem right here. I've pretty much written this one off

Here was written (06 Dec.): "They should close a $2.5 mm convertible by year's end and then not need to go to the market again until they are profitable which will be by H2E 2015. They will also have a lot of money in warrants that will get exercised and that too will add to the financial strength of the company." Posting I think the bridge loan which is repayable within 45 days ...more

after yesterday's S/P hitting the 52 week low once again, I kinda thought ohhhh, maybe I shouldn't be buying more paper @ .04 but then I thought of the risk/reward scenario, and decided it's worth the risk. I mean the Volume was not a SELL OFF kind of volume, and the Bids built quite well at the .035 level. I called Management at VID and spoke with one of the Principals, and basically ...more
