the warrants
exercible at five cents per share for 5 years from the issuance. they must think thats the range this stock will be valued in the next 5 years?

Isn't the term ONE year not five? Also aren't these types of deals made where the exercisable price is significantly less than what they expect the market value to be?

Jerseyman2 i agree with you! For me warrants means nothing to me as i have no warrants, but alot of common stock. So yes i'm anxious to see how our Business has been doing the past few months! An update is needed now so we could get the share price moving upward again!!!
