Another indication that shows are low the offer is...

In Q1 2018, Aurora put $138M for a participation of 25% in Alcanna. That put a $550M value at the time. Some will say they had 229  liquor stores back then and now 171. That's right they got rid of non  performing stores and have renovated a lot of them. In addition, lost in number of liquor store was compensated with the Nova that has grown hugely since then. Nova now has 85 stores (60 opened and 25 in construction) + waiting for 30 licenses in Ontario. In Q1 2018, it was starting and in development.

I'm trying to find how they came up with a $346M value in a stock deal and cannot find an answer. Do you have any idea?
