This fund has soured the cannabis scene for a long time, if you haven't heard of them, have a look here. The DoJ opened an investigation against them:

A shocking look at how a Canadian hedge Fund tried to destroy a good company through, fraud, manipulation, insider trading, spoofing, wash trading, layering and more.

They even had a partnership with them.
