It’s been awhile I just look into it

They have 140 million in assets and owe 66 million in liabilities approx with shareholder equity of about 74 million. Currently trading at only 51 million at 1.31 SP with shares out.

Fully diluted they'd be trading at a 73-74 million. 

This was as of Aug 30 from my research hope that helps everyone

By research, do you mean reading the totals lines off the Balance Sheet?!?!? You need to ask what is IN those numbers. Revenue generating assets is what matters...not the book value, goodwill, assets held for sale or the intangibles.
