He states that the outside date for the sale of OK Falls site is 12/20, when in fact the company PR clearly states that both companies have announced an

"..... Extension To Outside Date Of Share Purchase Agreement For Sale Of Sunniva Medical Inc."

I honestly believe Ted is clueless. Totally misleading the public. Again.
