How can Sunniva sell the Greenhouse that they do not own? Pray tell. AFAIK, Barker owns the GH building  + land and Sunniva owns only the equipment installed inside the building.  As far as another company buying out Sunniva - have you been alert to the pending lawsuit as well as the money owed by Sunniva (promissary notes), etc.? Sunniva mgmt said an additional 25 million is ...more

If they close the property in BC, cash is not an issue at present. Or if not, they need backup plan for funding.  They should close operation to reduce expenses and focus cash on arbitration.  Once they win, no problem for further funding as everyone knows California is the biggest market. Tony holler is an absolute moron. They have been waaaay off on everything . I’d have faith in a team with brains but I don’t see it here . That ok falls nonsense was stealing at its best .

Not only is he a moron but must be a stubborn "my way or the highway" idiot, which explains so many executives leaving the company. There was another board director, Todd Patrick, who resigned this week and no explanation was provided - just the boilerplate krap "thanks, we wish you well, bye" parting words. Tony must surely be a headcase.  What a flop show!
