Tognetti acquired an OTC call option to buy 6486401 shares of SKO, the exact number held by CEO Kapotas.  Unusual.

CEO might be kicked out. Lots going on in Albania with Energy and Mining industry. Tognetti has almost 20% of total. He knows Stream will ultimatley pull through and thus, he has gone all-out. Hedgehod owns 4.2 million and Gold coin owns another 2.8 million.

Looks like he also acquired a $3mm promisoory note.  Don't know if this is new debt or an existing debt acquired from the CEO or another lender. I would like to see the option as positive.  It seems like a way to increase his investment without immediately crossing 20% ownership and triggering the requirement o make a general offer. And it also seems like the CEO may be on the way ...more

Togentti's lending money is a good thing. I also see CEO and VP's providing their shares as security to get the loan as very positive. IMO, the sp has bid upside if they can find more gas.
