That today's HALT is due to them getting a permit for their Sacramento facility.  This is completely IN LINE with traditional EAT newsies and also the reason for the last trade halt. 

It's not bad, it's good.  But is it halt-worthy? I wouldn't say so.  Would love to be proven wrong and pleasantly surprised...but EAT. (shrug).

Greed, license sounds plausible, but then why would the halt be getting into hour number 5 now?  Wouldn't a license announcement or fundraising have been a quick halt (albeit unnecessary), followed by an announcement, followed by resumed trading?  The longer the halt lasts, the more likely it's something more complex than a new license or a PP. I think, anyway... i am often

Nutritional High has said in the past they were looking to aquire so maybe we are aquiring? Interesting for sure and a very long halt.

Who knows, maybe Nevada will finally close. Not sure if that would be ideal considering our current SP, requiring further financial support.
