CSE monthly report

was due on the 5th!  I haven't found it yet.  If they don't take care of it they will put their CSE listing in jeapordy.

Not a good sign based on my experience with penny stocks. This deliquency along with the cancellation of the board meeting compounds my skepticism of any future for this company.  I am debating whether to dump my shares and take the absolute loss.  I was hoping to at least break even, but I don't think there's a remote chance to do so now.
