Court dates are june 10th and 11th And Ernst and young has already asked for an extentended stay under ccaa

Unfrancais, I think I see your point.....  If the stay was only until April 30th, how can the court dates be after that date?  Just curious, but perhaps the court dates are in April ...more

Strateco has been granted the benefit of an extended stay of proceedings under the CCAA to April 30, 2019, but «  court dates are June 10 & 11 / 19 with hopefully a decision by June 21 ...more

The lawsuit is still targeting 200 millions $.  According to a law professor of the Sherbrooke University (several years ago) we may win and if after costs (more info needed) there is $ 150 ...more
