"Quick update on the meeting. We passed the 50% threshold. All of the information from todays meeting will get passed to TDS. They should be free to start taking actions with otc markets to get current. Once they are ready they should be able to provide a press release as well. My understanding is that the rescission of custodianship should have no bearing on the reverse merger moving forward. The ball should be in TDS court after todays actions."
