Are we there yet?

I feel like I'm a kid again, in the back seat of a four door sedan on the way to grandmas for thanksgiving and inhaling two packs of my mothers second hand cigarette smoke.  The similarities are ironic.  On one hand I had to endure the CO2 chamber for 8 hours, on the other STP has 8 months to get there ____together.  Something tells me as excruciating as both journeys are to endure, the facts indicate that we will end up at our destination.

Like santa POB has been watching who is naughty and nice.  If people on this board spent half as much time learning how to model cash flow as they do investing blindly  and bashing each other their chimneys would be brimming with gifts.

Happy holidays.  POB.
