Firebag

I was looking at the STP website the other day and I may be wrong about this, but don't most of the people working on this operation have extensive experience from working on the the firebag site over at Suncor? I seemed to hear from this board in the past that although firebag had a few startup issues, they worked them out and now have a fairly high producing operation. Can anyone confirm this? Is STP going through the usual hiccups of a startup?
