I am in it for the long haul, and I believe they will be successful with or without a JV. It may take awhile. I am a large stakeholder with a .22 cent average. I am also however an oilfield foreman with a good salary and I can afford to lose. I work for the dirt company that broke first ground for McKay, we got kicked out as the Consultant was previously employed with us and was not a fan.
