Near the top of the Stockhouse Bullboard

page here, there's an Insider link. I clicked to

see if the company had been buying shares in August.

The new NCIB began in August after the last 

quarterly report. So, it says they purchased shares

on several days mid-month between $4.20 and $4.25.

After that, apparently, they were not willing to pay the

higher share price.
